Returns & Refund Policy

At The Breezy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be too the address provided when in email.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thebreezyco.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with other returns, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@thebreezyco.com.
